Summary
During my thirteen years of professional engagement with leading general insurance firms, I have assumed a variety of roles which include policy management, claims management, marketing and customer service. Marketing Coordinator
As a marketing coordinator my responsibilities include coordination with branches, Atlas Group Clients; managing annual and mid-year sales conferences; budget entries and preparing performance reports of branches and development staff.
Manager Operations
Besides leading a team of eight members, I looked after issuance of insurance proposals, arrangement of premium payments, issuance of insurance policy documents, claims management, data management, upkeep of the record of insurance policies.
These insurance policies included health insurance, life insurance and general insurance.

Issued Personal Accidental Takaful and Group Life Takaful proposals.
Posted health takaful policies, maintained daily premium fluctuation and invoicing.
Prepared client wise loss ratio reports on annual basis for further Actuarial Assessment.

Prepared group health insurance proposals/renewals and posted policies on software.
