Conducting exit interviews for employees and maintain summary of exit interviews. Listening to employees grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures, if necessary after consultation with HR Manager. Review & checking of incentives. Review Salaries & Processing payroll.. Manage Employee full & final settlements. Ensure timely processing & Finalization of monthly payroll & coordinate with accounts & internal audit department to clear all issues related to payroll Advise management on sound practices in different areas of Human Resource Management.
