Served as Regional Director Sindh Region in a Rahnuma - Family Planning Association of Pakistan, a National Not for Profit Organization established in 1953 and a member Association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation - IPPF which is working for Promoting Family Planning and Sexual & Reproductive Health as a basic human Right in Pakistan. Providing sustainable and quality sexual & reproductive health and family planning information and services to men, women and youth particularly the poor and rural segments, in partnership with government, NGOs and civil society. Improving access particularly of the poor, marginalized and socially excluded segments including women and the adolescents to SRHR and other services, enabling them to realize their long term development goals.
Responsible for Programs, operations and financial management and to play a critical role in helping the organization to achieve its vision to provide high quality Programs at regional level, internal operations, oversight of region, FHH and PMOs human resources, site expansion, and program evaluation services for ensuring consistent and effective internal processes and communications in order to strengthen organization’s programs.

• Provide technical support to all the CSN’s and project holder CBO’s in developing their financial system
Technical Support
Lead role in setting up and maintenance of project accounting activities
Analyze financial information and develop/prepare financial reports for all physical and financial activities
Examine and analyze accounting records to determine financial status relating to all implementation activities.
Train, direct and co-ordinate financial activities to achieve Project targets.
Compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to Project transactions generated elsewhere.
Prepare supporting data for expenditure control, compliance with funding and reporting requirements, audit schedule, liaise between auditors and management.
Assist in preparing quarterly and annual budgets and management of accounts.

- Responsibilities - Involved in the preparation of Quarterly returns of Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL). Both for Compulsory Cession and Surplus Re insurance Business
- Preparation of Class wise Reconciliation Statements (Between PRCL Returns and General Ledger)
- Preparation of Quarterly Statements of Accounts of various reinsurers and recording them
- Handling remittances for overseas reinsurers and in the respect liasioning with the Exchange Control Authority State Bank of Pakistan
