Visual and NDT Inspection of track Weld joints.Conduct Ultrasonic testing (U.T) to ensure Quality or Detect Discontinuities (Defects) of Rails and Rail Joints.Flaw Detection of rails by using Rail Flaw Detection Cart.Set up and calibrate NDT Equipment.Perform Preventive maintenance of NDT Equipment.Conduct and record the NDT Testing and report the NDT test results to management for further action.

(JOB Description)

 QA Documentation (SOP’s, Formats, Quality Plans) and Implementation.
 Sites Documentation and Quality System Compliance Audits.
 ASME Documentation Preparation with the Coordination of relevant expert (Welding Engineer, Quality Engineers
and Quality Manager etc.)
 Coordinate with Different Sites of Elite Engineering Pvt. LTD to resolve Quality related Issues.
 Coordinate with Manager at works to complete the ongoing projects at timely Manner.
 Incoming and Outgoing Material Inspection and make Daily Inspection Reports.
 Inspection of ongoing activities to improve Quality of Work, Such as
1. Inspection of Cutting, Marking, Rolling, Fabrications of Tank Plate etc.
2. Inspection of Welding of Storage Tanks, Pylons and all Other Welding related Job.
3. Hydrostatic testing of all prepared tanks

4. Final Inspection of all coated Tanks and Pylons before dispatched.
