Where I performed following duties:
Programmable Logic Controlling: PLC & HMI Testing of Feed Controls/ Excitation/ Protection
Systems. implement through RPM Review etc.
Maintenance: I have experience of operating, diagnosing, maintenance and trouble shooting of following plant equipment. Inspection/ Testing of Control/ Excitation/ Protection System etc.
Supervision of a team of packing plant and technicians in packing commissioning and maintenance activities.
Preventive and corrective maintenance, shutdown planning, trouble shooting on various equipment and distribution systems.
Planning & Scheduling: I carry out planning in job on daily, weekly and monthly basis, using maintenance module including shutdown and turn around planning. I am also responsible for inventory management of critical plant spares, reviewing quotations for all foreign procurement and material procurement initiation request through.
Computer Tools: I have good knowledge of Windows 7, 8 & MSOffice (Word, Excel & Power point). I have also worked on professional softwares like a maintenance View etc.
