Summary
I am a Polymer Engineer Graduated from National Textile University Faisalabad, currently working as, Production Engineer SKC Pvt. Ltd Lahore. My job responsibility includes
1-Run and control the Advance PET Sheet Extrusion Line Producing A-B-A Layer plant by using the software Seimens Simatic, and from the pneumatic and hydraulic system.
2-Technical troubleshooting of plant to meet the required production rate with minimum waste.
3-Quality testing of the product i.e. micron size, sheet width, tensile strength, grammage, and gloss test, to ensure and maintain the required quality.
4-Quality Production calculation and production procedure and documentation preparation.
5-Quality inspection of Raw material.
6-To supervise the crushing unit.
I have polished my computer-related skills by myself and can make reports in Microsoft Word and Excel, presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. I have done a lot of small Projects on 2d technical drawings and made 3d models in Autocad
