38DL+, DMS GO+ .
Internal/external inspection of pressure vessels, storage tanks & heat exchangers.
Welding inspection according to codes and standards.
Witness valve testing and pressure safety relief (PSVs) testing as per codes and standards.
Perform solution film testing (SFT) and hydrostatic testing of plant equipment and
piping.
To carry out quality control of painting / wrapping and coating works in the plant
i.e. paint dry film thickness (DFT) measurement, surface profile measurement,
& holiday testing.
Carry out thermography survey of refectory lined equipment i.e.
furnaces, secondary reformers, transfer lines and other equipments.
Prepare and compile isometric drawing to carry out UT survey on piping circuits.
Prepare weld summary sheets against mechanical packages and ensure updating
of NDT records.
Hardness measurement of different materials & Ferrite Testing.
Perform positive material identification (PMI) of incoming material to warehouse
using alloy analyzers, to ensure accuracy of technical specifications of material
and conformance to codes and standards.
Perform cathodic protection (CP) data collection.
Boroscopic inspection of confined spaces.
Lifting equipment & hoist crane inspection.
Compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management
policies, PSM framework and procedures.
Monitoring and regulate plant processes to maintain safe and efficient operations.
Conduct startup and shutdown procedures according to standard operating
procedures.
Ensure product quality specifications are met through regular monitoring of
process parameters.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and take appropriate corrective actions to prevent
downtime.
