I am worked on ADHI Field of Pakistan Petroleum limited Suited at Islamabad near Gujar Khan city.
In my internship program i studied about the following process.
1. Early Processing Facility (EPF).
EPF is the area of plant which used for the separation of water and gas from oil which comes from different wells. Following equipments are used for the completion of above process.
a. Low, Medium and High Pressure Separator ( Three phase Separator).
b. Associated Gas Compressor (Multiple effect Compressor).
c. Heat Exchanger
d. Fin Fan Cooler
e. Burner and Flare System.
2. ADHI PLANT 1, 2 and 3.
ADHI Plant 1,2 and 3 are installed for the purpose of producing the following products.
CRUDE OIL, SALES GAS (METHANE GAS) LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG) and NATURAL GAS LIQUID (NGL). Following process and equipment are used for producing that products.
a. Low, Medium and High Pressure Separator ( Three phase Separator).
b. Associated Gas Compressor (Multiple effect Compressor).
c. Stabilizer Hot Oil Heater.
d. Flash Separator.
e. Stripper Feed Heat Exchanger.
f. Accumulator Feed Cooler.
