· Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
· Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Update and maintain employee related database by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, change of job classifications, merits increase, tracking vacation, sick and personal time. Participate in the development and implementation of human Resources polices, and program. Support area related to performance management such as the performance appraisal framework employee award schemes, employee benefits and development program. Control the admin budget, Purchasing Issues (PR, PO) with supporting documents attached and filling. Office maintenance, housekeeping, security, Answer the phone calls and emails. Assist in recruiting processes such as advertising, CV log in and shortlisting, setting the interview notes and scoring sheets. Maintain the tracking system of HR database tracking documents from the personnel files. Prepare the request for office supplies for head office and submit it accordingly. To the procurement department. preparing the ID cards for all staff when on official business or on the company property.
