Punjab Saaf Pani Company has been established by Government of Punjab as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) having Mandate to develop, design, plan & execute projects for providing safe drinking water to rural areas with priority to un-served and underserved communities. Responsibilities includes:  Carry out the supervision and monitoring activities in accordance with the action plan communicated by the Regional Director.  Carry out required detail engineering surveys.  Carry out topographical surveys / contour survey, where required, all other surveys for preparation of detailed engineering design for each of the schemes in the priority Districts.  Carry out water quality and yield surveys for surface / ground water sources as required for the design of the schemes  Carry out Electric Resistivity Survey where required to ascertain the yield and quality of ground water aquifer system as required  Prepare Detail Engineering Design Reports which includes finalized options for sustainable O&M with community participation and water quality assurance regime.  Prepare detail engineering design for all projects including BOQ’s, Tender Documents and Drawings of Civil, E&M and SCADA for Saaf Pani Sehulat Centre, rehabilitation of water supply scheme and the bidding and award of contract.  Check and verify the work of the Contractor, quality and quantity of the construction / material used by applying established engineering technique  Supervise testing and commissioning of the completed works of the scheme As a Sr.Site Engineer I Was Working with ORA Insaat-HRL JV where I Was responsible for All Structure (Administration ,Production ,Security Building, Also Ware House,WWTP,CO2,Generator & Diesel Tank Foundation),Construction and Installation of RO & UF Plant, Infrastructure Work e.g. Road,Sewerage,Water Supply, Electricity Cables etc Also Supervised Ucrete Flooring & UK BASF Epoxy Coating.
