Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and proposeimprovements.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and verify of Projects documents from universities.
Support also relevant HR department.

Receive deliveries of equipment and store it in the right place.
Teach employees to work as a team.
Do inventory counts whenever needed and maintain par level of stock.
Notify to manager of any equipment shortage or any arising problem.
Responsible for maintaining smooth customer services.
Maintaining the stocks received throughout the month and doing monthly closing of the stocks.
Solving guest problems and queries in professional manner, keeping up and maintaining all the
hygiene and regulations as per UAE law.
Supported and helped employees and all the working staff for excellent performance.
To achieve company goals, F&B goals, stewarding goals, customer satisfaction, sanitized and
organized store. Manage the department while in charge.

Belongs to Hewlett Packard Department as Pre-Sales / Marketing Coordinator.
Do pricing, Made proposals, Different Reports of the department customer data maintains.
Customer support through e-mail & telephone.
Coordinate with the distributors and also with principal.
Documentation of the department.
Coordination between different department such as purchase , accounts, store & engineering.
For fulfilling orders.
Coordination with the marketing staff through product knowledge, direct marketing, and customer
info, helping in their day to day activities.
