Responsible for Installation Of Smart MRT Projects both software and hardware then after sale Service as well. Smart MRT is advance Unit transport system by SMC (SINGAPORE MACHINERY CO) for Textile Industries.
Maintenance Engineer
Worked as Maintenance Engineer at one of the best amusement park since September 2019. My responsibilities here included planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical staff, obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings, managing budgets, maintaining statistical and financial records, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, creating maintenance procedures, managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Trainee/MTO
As it was paid training so they gave me certain responsibilities under direct supervision of QA/QC Manager. My responsibilities included Quality inspection and Quality control for production of Primary (Fabrication of I-Beams, Columns and Rafters etc.) and Secondary (Profiling of Sheets) Structures of Pre-Engineered buildings. Have to verify that all the products according to the given drawing and to cover all the safety aspects of all the workers too. Engineering Internship
Completed Internship period of 06 weeks, during which does the complete study of strongGTPS/strong (Gas Turbine Power Station) and in strongWorkshop/strong (Grinding Section, Chemical, Cleaning & Sand Blasting Section, Machine Section, Bearing Re-Metaling Section, Electrical Section, Balancing Section, TIG Welding Section, Electrical Welding Section) and also in strongSPS/strong (Steam Power Station) where steam is used to generate energy./p/body/html

Completed the study of 70 to 80 MW power plant. Study the working of Coal power plant, Wartsila engine, steam turbine. Made the complete report on working process of all these sections,strong Flow chart and Flow Diagrams/strong (Made the layout of the whole power plant and describing the complete working of all the process too in Final report),strong Workshop (/strongStudy and practiced the working principle of most of maintenance related machines like Lathe machine, Grinding Machine etc. Have done the inspection of different components myself)./p/body/html
