My job responsibilities included preparing Quotations, Invoices, official documentation, Cash Handling process, Preparing of Cheque and Bank Vouchers, Maintaining Office Files and Documents, Coordination to clients through emails or calls regarding queries and issues, Communication/Correspondence to different departments, Recovery of amount from clients.
Previously, I worked as Customer Support Officer at ZONG (CM PAK LTD). My responsibilities were handling inbound calls, providing product information and solving customers issues, to answer their queries and to activate the SIM cards under company's given SOPs.
