• Inspecting the materials regarding Traceability, Physical condition, color code and HEAT number verification as per MTC and ISOMETRIC requirement.
• Checking alignment / Orientation of pipes as per ISO Drawing.
• Visual inspection of final weld profile.
• Control of welding material (Electrode, Filler Wire) as per their type and lot number
• Witnessing of NDT methods (PT/RT/MT/UT) according to specification and Section- V.
• Preparing NDT request to fulfill the project NDT requirement as per piping class or line class and project specification.
• Inspection and monitoring of site activities such as fabrication, and installation of piping spools.
• Inspection of type of valves, their directions, tag numbers, rating and size.
• Line checking as per test packages, punch listing and responsible for Hydro testing & Re-instatement works.
• Monitoring and conducting material inspection for piping, as per standards, codes and Process standard specification, and inspection of fit-up, punch listing, weld root and subsequent passes for pipe joints with dimension and orientation.
• Ensuring stage inspection and dimensional control inspection of piping in pre fabrication and erection as per drawing, project specification and inspection test plan.
• Review and preparing of Test Package Weld Summary & NDE Summary.
• Check flange alignment, flange hole offset & tilting.
• Inspection of hydro-test, Air blowing & Reinstatement.
• Verification of test equipment’s calibration of PSV pressure gage and manifold.

• Coordination with client regarding site inspections.
• Coordinating with NDT team regarding NDT (i.e. RT, UT, DPT and MPI).
• Maintain the records of NDT reports after review.

• Fit-up inspection after joints preparation as per ISO provided.

• Inspection of maintenance and repair activities of in-service pressure vessels according to 510 during turnarounds. (Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Heaters, filters, AFCs)
• To attend Box-Up activity of all static equipment’s (Pressure vessel, Column, Heat exchanger)
• Final submission of QC dossier after client’s review.
• Painting & Insulation inspections

• Performing Audits and reporting non-conformities.
• Performing corrective and preventive actions from audit reports.
• Incoming Martial inspection of pipes and fittings of the pipes as per IFC & MTC.
• Inspection and Testing of Mechanical Construction Activities like, Fabrication & Erection of Piping
• Monitor all-critical activities like, welding, NDT and Hydro-testing according to the Procedure, Quality
