Managerial/Professional Responsibilities
1. Team leader has to ensure effective implementation of all SM&G, WASH, E&L/NRM and Sungi programmatic activities and generation of outputs and results in collaboration of with field teams.
2. Team leader has to ensure sensitization, awareness raising and capacity building of VC members (household coverage at least 70% of the target population) follow-up and evaluation of the results generated through capacity building events on all SM&G and environment/NRM related issues.
3. Team leader has to ensure and facilitate field teams in accomplishment of VDP/ADP, ACC formation and compilation of identified issues of the area to be addressed as per plan.
