Summary
Being a Civil engineer, I always found myself for innovative solutions in the application of civil engineering. I completed my master's in 2022 in Water Resources Engineering as it broaden my approach to dealing the challenges and finding solutions to complex problems by applying analytical and statistical approaches. Diverse exposure in the engineering field as I started my carrier in the position of site engineer and now I am working on the managerial post as a project officer in the Urban Unit. My professional journey is full of ups and downs but it depicts I never adopted a shortcut to bypass challenges in my life. My professional carrier taught me an understanding of organizational behavior and alignment according to the requirement of the client.
