 Developed Community Based response mechanism in the form of Community Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) all Over Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan.

 Being Regional program Officer and Team Leader of Search and Rescue (SART) and Disaster Assessment Response Team (DART)with FOCUS Humanitarian Assistance, Pakistan carried out numerous training, Workshops, Seminars. Work on Community based Prevention, Mitigation and Preparedness (PMP) and Resiliency all over the country Sindh, Punjab, NWFP and Gilgit Baltistan (GB).
