Key Responsibilities
(1) In liaison with Plant Managers and Director to meet the Urgency of Site Requirements.
(2) Initiate the process of inquiry and got quotations from various suppliers and make comparative report and send that report on site for the approval
(3) Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.

(4) Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

(5) Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.

(6) Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier Preferencing study.

(7) Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.

(8) Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.

(9) Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.

(10) Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.

(11) Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.

(1)Analyze The process of Cement poduction Unit.
(2) Got Knowledge of instrument install on Raw mill and their working Process.
(3) Visit Kiln Section and got a knowledge of instrument working on kiln section
(4) Analyze the working Of Cooler Grate and Clinker Dome & Packing Plant.

(1) Got through the process of Machining to Assembly of Tractors

(2) Visit Machining Section and analyze the working of CNC , Drilling & Milling Process.

(3) Visit Engine Hall & analyze the testing of engine and its assembling

(4) Visit Assembly Hall to analyze complete assembling of tractors.
