HR & Admin:
· Certified in (FlowHCM) HRM software, handle overall HR on software.
· Payroll Specialist (start to end) Manual & Software both.
· Monitor the overall recruitment process.
· Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
· Monitor employee engagement activities
· Draft HR Policies, Employee handbook and review by Management
· Reviewed appointment, confirmation, advancement and other HR letters.
· Update and manage employee records.
· Negotiate offers with candidates.
· Monitor the orientation program for the new candidate
· Conduct exit interviews with all departments/staff and coordinate with top management.
· Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).
· Oversee all administrative tasks in the office in compliance with established policies and procedures.
