Summary
I am a development professional with over 5 years of diverse experience with national and international development organizations. My specific expertise are in the areas of Programme Implementation, Training and Development, Monitoring Evaluation and Research, Surveys, Facilitation, Planning and Reporting.
During my professional career, I remained associated with the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, Khuwendo Kor and Center for Public Policy Research, Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar . Currently I am working with the State Bank of Pakistan's National Financial Literacy Programme For Youth as Master Trainer Gender Focal Point.
My thematic areas include Gender Mainstreaming, Child Protection, Teachers Training, Education, Community Mobilization , Governance, Economic Growth and Livelihoods, Climate Change Adaptation and Women Empowerment.

Master Trainer (National Financial Literacy Programme For Youth)
• Propose and plan the training sessions for children in close consultation with the District Coordinator and partner schools;
• Facilitate training sessions;
• Liaison and coordinate with schools and other learning institutions;
• Conduct Pre and Post assessments, draft reports and submit means of verification to the District Coordinator;
Gender Officer
- Provide advice and support to the management in the Implementation of the key gender components
- Provide advice and support to the technical staff working within the respective field offices.
- Analyze and ensure the interventions are sensitive to issues of inclusion of displaced population groups.
- Monitor and report on the project related gender issues in the target areas
- Liaise with key national and internationals stakeholders, key domestic political and civic actors and civil society organizations, to facilitate and enhance
contribution towards the implementation of the gender equality agenda.
- Represent the organization in Gender Resource Group
- Provide brief updates on the development of gender related issues in the target areas.
Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant
