Petco Plastic Industry is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Operator with at least 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in injection molding processes, including mold replacement, troubleshooting, and the ability to set machine parameters for both pure and recycled PET material.
We offer opportunities for both day and night shifts, with a preference for candidates who are willing to work the night shift. Candidates living near Korangi Sector 16 will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Injection Molding Machines: Set up, start, and run injection molding machines according to production schedules.
Mold Replacement: Remove and install molds as needed for production changes, ensuring proper alignment and functioning.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Parameter Setting: Adjust machine settings based on the type of material being used (pure or recycled PET) to optimize product quality.
Monitor Production Quality: Regularly inspect output to ensure adherence to quality standards and make necessary adjustments to improve production.
Maintenance Assistance: Assist in routine machine maintenance and ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment.
Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
