Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the product is manufactured as per production plan
- To monitor the manufacturing parameters
- To monitor the performance of the workers and helpers
- To monitor the machine breakdowns and manage the production times
- To follow the standard process
- To identify production related issues such as machine and mold faults for bringing continual improvement
- To maintain cleanliness, identification and traceability on the production floor.
- Responsible to meet production targets
