- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on financial status and performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager and other accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
