We are looking for a friendly and well-organized Front Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment and supporting smooth front-desk operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Keep the front desk and reception area tidy and presentable
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email)
Prior front desk or administrative experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay organized
