We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing customer SaaS CRM systems and web interfaces, particularly in a startup environment. This role requires someone who is adept at selecting and implementing the right technology solutions to build a robust service industry platform that includes customer records, job reports, and user experience integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain a customer-centric SaaS CRM platform.
- Create responsive and intuitive web interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Select and implement the most suitable technologies and frameworks to build a scalable and efficient platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the platform is secure, reliable, and performs optimally.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the platform remains current and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically in building SaaS CRM platforms and web interfaces.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in back-end development using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
- Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
- Understanding of web security best practices and data protection.
- Experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non[1]technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
