We're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Prime BPO. As an HR Recruiter, you'll develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure hiring managers have access to top talent for their teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
2. Lead and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators
3. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
5. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process
6. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
7. Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective recruitment solutions
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 4 TO 5 years of experience in recruitment management
3. Proven track record of success in recruitment management, including experience leading a recruitment team
4. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process
