- Engage in effective communication with patients via phone, or virtual platforms. Assist US-based doctors for the clinical descriptions of the patient notes or Medical scribing.
- Prepare patients for virtual consultations and assist during the telehealth sessions.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls and assisting patients in scheduling appointments.
- Organize and manage medical data.
- Addressing patient inquiries.
𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Please note that you do not have to pay anything during any stage of the hiring process.
This clarification is only being given since some candidates ask if there is any fee associated with the training period. There is not.
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: 35K during Probation, 45K after probation and a performance-based increment at the 6-month mark.

𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀:
𝟭. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: Initial Interview for Screening. Candidates shall be judged on their ENGLISH COMMUNICATION AND PROFICIENCY as well as their BASIC MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE.
𝟮. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 5-day training period, 4 hours per day. A test will be conducted at the end of the 5th day and those who clear it may start their probation period. This training shall be unpaid.
Those who clear their evaluations at the end of three months shall be Permanent Employees. We will send an email regarding your interview date and time.
