Responsibilities:
Excellent Understanding of GSM/UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) Technologies: Demonstrate a deep knowledge of GSM, UMTS, and LTE technologies, including VoLTE.
Experience in Radio Network Improvements: Apply your expertise to identify network issues and analyze degraded KPIs. Develop and implement action plans for performance enhancement.
Network Performance Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in network performance indicators.
Understanding of Ericsson Parameters: Possess a strong understanding of Ericsson parameters and KPIs formulas.
Knowledge of Network Features: Have comprehensive knowledge of network features, including BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM.
Feature Implementation: Study and implement new network features based on customer requirements.
Optimization Solutions: Implement network optimization solutions and propose actions based on customer complaints and network performance data.
Network Optimization for Event Assurances: Have experience in optimizing networks to ensure performance during events.
Knowledge Transfer: Effectively transfer knowledge to junior team members.
Ownership and Dedication: Show readiness to dedicate time and effort as per network and customer requirements.
