• Implement and manage a shared Outlook calendar system for all offices, ensuring regular updates by incumbents.
  • Attend meetings, prepare or collect minutes, and follow up on deliverables, keeping MOMs organized and updated on the file server.
  • Organize and conduct weekly follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update People I (technical) documents and files.
  • Manage the CEOs meeting schedule for the entire group.
  • Coordinate quarterly board meetings and AGMs, and ensure accurate maintenance of board resolutions and minute books.
  • Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.
  • Handle CEOs office cash management and manage special projects as assigned.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands on experience of Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of ATS as well
