Overall Role

Design, implement, and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance across educational initiatives and institutions, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with the education department's strategic goals and objectives.
Continuously monitor departmental performance against established KPIs, ensuring alignment with targets.
Analyze performance data, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
Develop and refine KPI frameworks, ensuring they effectively measure progress and outcomes in educational programs and initiatives.
Conduct training sessions for staff on KPI data collection processes, and performance analysis.
Work Closely with the EMIS team to integrate KPI tracking systems with existing EMIS and RTSM platforms.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
3 years of experience in performance management or data analysis.

Required Skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools(e.g Excel, Power BI, SPSS).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong drafting skills in English and Urdu; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
