Scope of work

  1. Book Keeping.
  2. Maintain all the ledgers + Trial Balance + Balance Sheet + Profit & loss.
  3. Complete Internal audit.
  4. Assist the external audit& Coordination.
  5. Payroll, Salary calculation + deductions + indemnity.
  6. Daily Closing.
  7. Bank Reconciliation& Bank deposits.
  8. Receivables follow up.
  9. Cash Flow Analysis and reporting.
  10. Monthly Closing and reporting.
  11. End of the year closing.
  12. Collection + Analyzing + tracking Finances and reporting to management.
  13. Processing VAT returns.
  14. Comply with Bahrain National Financial policies and regulations.
  15. Local Purchase.
  16. Foreign Purchase.
  17. Purchase analysis.
  18. Inventory Analysis& reporting and coordination with sales & Marketing colleague.
  19. Minimum 2 years of experience.
  20. Proficiency in English Speaking.
  21. Attention to details & strong analytical skills.
  22. Graduation in accounting or equivalent.
  23. Additional certificate is a plus.
  24. Experience on any ERP Software is a plus.
  25. Duty Timing Morning 10AM to 7PM (One hour break)
