We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has a deep understanding of social media trends, especially in the beauty and fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, posts) that aligns with our brand's voice and aesthetic.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our brand reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for beauty, fashion, or e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and managing influencer relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM as it relates to social media content.
  • Passion for social media and staying updated with industry trends.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
  • Familiarity with running paid social media advertising campaigns.
