Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team at RA Empire Pvt Ltd. As a Project Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate property recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales process, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.
