The senior Investment Advisor is responsible to sell assigned projects & lift up capital for the organization. Meeting targets is the prior responsibility of the Senior Investment Advisor.
Job Responsibilities:
Report to AM sales for further information regarding projects.
Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features.
Solicit potential clients to buy.
Promote properties through advertisements.
Ensure availability of inventory from concerned authorities.
Prepare documents, such as booking forms, and deeds.
Maintain a quantity of brochures, pamphlets & other project-related documents in the office.
Share files of clients to Assistant Manager Sales after selling.
Hand over payment receipt to client provided by Front Desk Staff.
Real estate brokers and sales agents must be knowledgeable about the real estate market in their area.
Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling.
Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Assistant Manager of Sales.
Assist in the company's branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and websites.
Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
Respond to the client queries regarding the products timely.
Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
Develop strong customer relationships to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
