QA Engineer (Manual / Automation)

We’re looking for an Associate QA Manual/Automation Engineer to ensure our product features exceed the highest standards and perfectly meet client needs. In this role, you’ll be involved in developing and executing testing processes, swiftly resolving customer queries, and delivering technical support that truly makes a difference. You will play a pivotal role in reviewing quality specifications, crafting precise test plans, and meticulously documenting bugs. Collaboration will be essential as you work closely with internal teams to define system requirements, while also staying up-to-date with the latest testing tools and strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field
0–2 years of experience in a relevant field
Basic knowledge of ETL, QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Proactive in identifying new technologies and recommending improvements to enhance processes and product quality
Analytical thinking and a persuasive approach
A keen eye for identifying unseen problems
Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a diverse team
