Key Responsibilities:

Receive sales orders, input them into the ERP system, generate production orders, and track expected completion, packing, and delivery dates.
Work closely with the production supervisor to track work-in-progress, ensure smooth workflow, and update production stages in the ERP system.
Define product routing in the system and prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production.
Ensure timely movement of products through different production stages, update ERP records, and maintain traceability of all in-process items.
Coordinate with the production team to meet packing and delivery deadlines, ensuring all products are completed as per the schedule.
Operate and maintain the ERP system to manage production data, inventory, and workflow.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and process integration.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve production and ERP-related issues promptly.
Generate and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry.
Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
