Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer phones courteously.
  • Manage appointments and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and invoicing customers.
  • Follow up with customers for timely payments and assist with payment inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for invoicing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
