We are seeking a motivated Junior Outbound Calls Resource to support our sales and customer outreach efforts. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Provide information about our services and answer client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Assist in developing call scripts and strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
- Previous experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred but not required.
