Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the project, including features, benefits, payment plans, and available units, to effectively communicate with clients.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Sales Presentations: Conduct site visits, present project details, and provide clients with comprehensive information to facilitate informed decision-making.
