Senior PHP Developer

We are seeking an Expert-Level PHP Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our innovative team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in PHP development, particularly with CodeIgniter and Laravel frameworks. You will play a key role in leading and executing complex projects that are critical to the success of our UK-based operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality web applications using PHP and associated technologies.
Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into ongoing projects.
Ensure the alignment of web applications with business goals and client needs.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in PHP development.
Deep expertise in PHP, CodeIgniter, and Laravel frameworks.
Strong command of database design, architecture, and optimization techniques.
Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and development best practices.
Proven ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
Ability to work full-time from our Gulberg Green, Islamabad office.
