Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our eBay store, including listing creation, product merchandising, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on eBay.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and eBay policies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive seller ratings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and logistics to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing an eBay store or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of eBay policies, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, traffic).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerce and online marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
