The Digital Marketing & Communication Manager at Rozee is responsible for driving the strategic marketing and communication initiatives of our organization. As a manager, you will lead a team of ten dedicated individuals, ensuring that our messaging aligns with our company's goals and resonates with both investors and portfolio companies. You will leverage your expertise to implement effective content marketing strategies, enhance our branding efforts, and boost our presence across various social media platforms. With a focus on analytics, you will assess campaign performance and refine strategies to optimize outreach and engagement. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Rozee's business objectives and enhance brand visibility across various channels.
  • Manage and lead a team of ten marketing and communication professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media, ensuring all materials reflect Rozee's brand voice and messaging.
  • Oversee social media management efforts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and analytics reporting to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and refine marketing strategies for improved outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with investors and portfolio companies, serving as their primary point of communication and support.
  • Coordinate marketing and communication events, ensuring seamless execution from concept to realization, including logistics, promotion, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the financial services sector, staying updated on industry trends and leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all company touchpoints, contributing to a unified corporate identity.
