Shift Timings:
- 10 PM to 8 AM
- 8 AM to 7 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including scheduling, performance management, and issue resolution.
- Manage restaurant finances, including overseeing accounts, handling payroll, and managing budgets.
- Ensure accurate data management and record-keeping of restaurant operations, including inventory, sales, and employee records.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, cost control, and overall profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations remotely.
- Implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, customer service, and overall performance.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with strong knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Experience in managing accounts and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage remote teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle all aspects of restaurant data and operations remotely.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage operations 7 days a week.
