We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, your main responsibility will be to showcase your expertise by cracking interviews on behalf of the company. This role requires a thorough understanding of Java programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical interviews with Clients.
- Provide constructive feedback to Clients with his technical knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and related technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Java Developer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Java programming.
- Strong knowledge of core Java concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to conduct interviews with Clients.
