We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales-related administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders, including data entry, order confirmation, and invoicing.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer information, sales history, and product information.
4. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, including sales performance, customer trends, and product sales.
5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing sales-related paperwork.
6. Communication: Communicate effectively with sales team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations.
7. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve sales-related issues, including order discrepancies, customer complaints, and product defects.
Requirements
1. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of sales principles, practices, and software applications, including CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
