To make the arrangements of interviews (including call upon, texting, time scheduling & communication with the interviewers/panel).
To make arrangements of employee orientation.
Routine coordination of HR activities.
To get the references/verifications of the credentials/claims provided by the candidates.
Maintaining and regularly updating the master database ( Personal file, Personal database etc) of each employee.
