· To follow the instructions given by the General Manager/ C.E.O.
· To make sure that stitching is according to the requirement of the customer and according to the approved sample.
· To maintain the quality inspection report.
· Timely identify faults and guide to stitchers about the rectification
· To monitor the working of whole quality department personnel.
· To identify stitching fault and their rectification.
· To perform the final inspection with quality Inspectors.
· To educated subordinates regarding checking, Inspection of the material.
· Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
· To give size set sample approval
· Doing In-line inspection to check the quality
· Follow up Pre- Final inspection
· To keep all necessary documents and Quality Reports.
· To provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buying house.
· Ultimately ensure final product quality
