We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer system, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into the computer system accurately and efficiently
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections
- Compile and sort data for computer entry
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections
- Maintain confidentiality of all information entered into the system
- Ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Normal typing speed 20 to 25 words per minute
