We are a leading company representing World’s premium Test & Measurement Equipment Manufacturers in Pakistan industry, and we are seeking an Experienced having Military/Aerospace defence exposure engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and commercial aspects of our Test & Measurement Equipment product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Perform product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful participation in tenders / Bids.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Technical Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Test & Measurement Equipment product line, specially used in Aerospace & defense, telecommunication and R&D institutes in Electrical and Radio Frequency and microwave domain well conversant in measurement principles and techniques.
- Experience in the design and development of Test & Measurement solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development, data analysis, and signal processing.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to these application area of Measurement.
Commercial Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Tender/Bidding preparation
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in a Test & Measurement company is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical /Electronic Engineering or related field is required.
