This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Dental Billing Executive at SAPRO. The Dental Billing Executive will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day billing tasks related to dental services, including verifying insurance coverage, submitting claims, and following up on payments. The Dental Biller will also assist in managing billing-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in dental billing or a similar role
- Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing billing information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience with patient billing inquiries and issue resolution
- Knowledge of coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, etc.) is a plus
